  • When will my order be despatched?

Please see our delivery information for up to date guidance, we will always aim to despatch as soon as possible

  • I have emailed you but not received a reply?

Please check your junk mail, chances are we have replied and the cyber Gods have decided you don't need to see it. We aim to reply to all emails with 24hours Mon to Frid. Sometimes it gets very busy so please be patient.

  • I need to return or exchange something?

Please check our returns policy for up to date information. You must contact us for a returns number before sending anything back to us. Items must be in new and resaleable condition and this includes packaging which must be unmakerd

  • When will I know my order is on the way?

Once an order has been despatched you will receive a notification via email (providing you have supplied this) or by text along with the tracking information. Please add hello@harnessstuff.co.uk to your safe list to prevent it going to junk

  • I can't remove a product from my basket?
